Key workers
At Kimbolton Nursery Group, we focus on meeting each child’s individual needs through a key person system. This allows children and their families to build strong, supportive relationships with a dedicated member of staff.
Our team works closely together, so if a key person is away, another familiar adult will step in to ensure your child continues to feel happy, confident, and cared for.
The key person helps to ensure that every child’s learning and care is tailored to meet their individual needs. This is achieved through regular observation and assessment of children, using information gathered about their achievements, interests and learning styles to plan for each individual child’s learning and development.
