Bad Weather Closures
We follow the school’s decision on closures during severe weather. Updates will be shared via BBC Herefordshire & Worcestershire, the Herefordshire Council Schools website, and our Facebook page.
Absences
Please call the nursery as soon as possible to report any absence. Fees still apply for missed sessions.
Collecting Your Child
Children will only be released to adults named on their admissions form. Please inform us of any changes in advance.
Late Collection
If you’re delayed, call us as soon as possible. Repeated late collections may incur a charge of £5 per 15 minutes.
Personal Belongings
Comforters and toys are welcome but brought at your own risk. Please avoid sending money, valuables, sweets, gum, or dummies.
